Nose
Stewed plums fuse with dark chocolate sauce and a kiss of aromatic spices—cinnamon, clove, nutmeg—under a warm sherry glow. Rich yet elegant, with dried-fruit lift and cocoa echoes.
Palate
Silky and indulgent, the palate unfolds with milk chocolate and rum‑raisin cream, lifted by PX depth of stewed plum and dark fruit. Soft sweetness coats the tongue, threads of spice and heather honey weave through, and the finish is long and dessert‑like, leaving chocolate, prune and a warm, lingering spice.
Finish
Long, dessert-like finish with milk chocolate and heather honey lingering, hints of rum & raisin ice cream and spice softening into a refined, lingering sweetness that coats the palate.
