This oldest release from silent distillery Littlemill has been aged for four decades in American Oak and First-fill Bourbon barrels before spending three months in Oloroso Serry casks. The Celestial is presented in a stunning display case featuring the star chart of the night the spirit was laid to rest.
Each hand-crafted Glencairn Crystal decanter is engraved with its unique bottle number and is supplied with a miniture sized tasting tube of this this 40 year old liquid. With just 250 bottles produced wordlwide this is sure to be in great demand.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Dark, burnished amber with mahogany depth and copper-gold highlights.
Nose
An elegant bouquet of honeysuckle and elderflower unfurls with early-summer hedgerow brightness, laced with a subtle honey sweetness and a poised whisper of oak spice—cinnamon and nutmeg—adding warm, spicy depth.
Palate
Opens with mouth-watering fruits: crisp green apple, fresh pineapple, grapefruit and lime citrus, then reveals richer dried fruits of sultana and raisins, before vanilla toffee lends sweetness to the mid-palate.
Finish
A long, evolving finish of fruit and spice, with green gooseberry and kiwi lingering into the aftertaste, before warming waves of cinnamon and clove.
