Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep copper-gold with a radiant amber core and a mahogany-tinged rim, luminous and inviting.
Nose
Dark sherry sweetness blankets ripe dried fruits—raisin, fig, and prune—intertwined with toffee, vanilla, and almond. Hints of orange zest, cocoa, and aged oak emerge gracefully, delivering a poised, elegant nose with a subtle, spice-kissed finish.
Palate
Silky and indulgent on the palate, with deep dried fruit notes of fig and raisin, joined by rich toffee and treacle. Sherry influence threads through chocolatey malt, a hint of almond and orange zest. A gentle spice of cinnamon and clove lingers on a soft oak backbone, lending refined savouriness. The finish is long and warming, with coffee-dark echoes and a touch of leather.
Finish
Long, velvety finish with dark chocolate, dried plum and fig, hints of espresso and toasted almond. Rich sherry sweetness lingers with warm oak and spice, fading slowly into a soft fruit-tinged, coffee-kissed whisper.
