Bright golden amber with a warm honey-gold core and a sunlit, caramel-tinged glow.

Nose

Opulent honeyed aromas, with Aberfeldy’s hallmark ripe pear and citrus peel, unfolding into vanilla custard and soft toffee. Sherried depth brings dried apricot, raisin and cocoa, tempered by gentle oak and almond spice—a warm, inviting perfume that hints at the richness to come.

Palate

Silky and creamy on the palate, this Aberfeldy delivers honeyed orchard fruit and vanilla, with almond, toffee and citrus zest. Subtle sherry depth adds dried-fruit sweetness and gentle spice, wrapped in warm oak. A long, refined finish that lingers with balance and quiet elegance.

Finish

Silken warmth lingers, with honeyed malt and orchard fruits giving way to velvety vanilla. Sherry cask character glints in the finish—dried apricot, raisin and toasted nuts—while gentle spice and oak carve a long, polished aftertaste that invites the next sip.

Aberfeldy
(aber-FELL-dee) Aberfeldy was built by John Dewar & Sons in 1896 and remains the only distillery constructed by the Dewar family. Set just outside the town of Aberfeldy in Highland Perthshire, it was positioned beside the Pitilie Burn, whose water still feeds the distillery today. Its history also includes a two-year closure from 1917 during the First World War, and a major expansion in 1973 when two new stills were added to double capacity. Aberfeldy later passed into Bacardi’s ownership in 1998 as part of John Dewar & Sons.
