Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold radiance and a mahogany halo along the rim; a sunlit, wine-bronzed glow that speaks of sherry influence and patient oak maturation.
Nose
Sherry-softened nose with ripe dried fruit—raisin, fig and date—woven with dark cherries and orange zest. Beneath, cocoa nibs, toffee and toasted almond mingle with elegant spice—clove and cinnamon—wrapped in polished oak and a whisper of tobacco. A quiet, time-worn sweetness hints at rare bottled heritage.
Palate
Silky, with a rich sherried backbone of fig, prune and raisin, balanced by cocoa, orange zest and toasted almond. Warm spice and polished oak weave through a long, dignified finish.
Finish
Long, wine-dark finish with sherry-nutted fruit, cocoa, and espresso, carried on satin oak; a warm, spicy tail that lingers with gentle tobacco and leather notes.
