Palate
Silky and refined on the palate, with orchard fruit sweetness—apple and pear—woven with nutty almond and a hint of vanilla. Subtle sherry-tinged oak adds spice, cocoa, and dried fruit. Elegant, mouth-coating balance leads to a long, warm finish of toffee, citrus zest, and a whisper of leather.
Finish
Long, refined, and sherry-touched, the finish reveals dried fig and raisin with dark chocolate and toasted almond, lifted by cinnamon-spice from the oak. A warm glow lingers, tapering to a dry, elegant, nutty finish.
