Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber-gold with warm coppery hues and a faint mahogany glow.
Nose
Aromatic, sooty iodine peat envelopes the nose, mingling with salty lemon rind, liquorice and dried fruit, all lifted by a lively note of ginger.
Palate
A mellower delivery with the TCP and iodine dialed back, revealing ginger, citrus and liquorice, salt and pepper, finishing in sooty vanilla.
Finish
Long and maritime, the finish reveals smoked oatmeal and perfumed peat, a touch of seaweed, gentle toffee, and a salty blueberry fade.
