Colour

Deep, sun-warmed amber with copper-gold glow and a whisper of mahogany.

Nose

Peat smoke and maritime brine rise first, salted iodine and kelp kissed by a sea breeze. Beneath, sherry-soft fruit—prune, fig—paired with dark chocolate and toffee. Waxy orange zest, vanilla oak, and a whisper of leather lend a refined, lingering aroma.

Palate

Silky, full-bodied with an oily mouthfeel and waxy peat. Rich sherry sweetness coats dark fruits—fig, prune, raisin—while coastal smoke lingers. Brine, iodine and a whisper of sea salt thread through, alongside cocoa, espresso, and orange zest. At 43% ABV, it offers warm maturity and a long finish of smoke, leather and salted caramel.

Finish

Long, elegant finish of peated smoke and maritime brine, unfolding into rich sherry sweetness. Dark fruit, chocolate and espresso linger with leather and spice, while a warm ember persists, gradually fading to a refined, contemplative dryness.
