Nose

Savory meat stock and roasted meats sit beneath leathery undercurrents, touched by aromatic candle-wax and stem ginger. Old tea chests lend a dusty richness, while candied mixed peel glints softly, and a whisper of coal-fire smoke threads through the aroma.

Palate

Oily, waxy and peppery meat delivery settling into a waxy citrus, smoked barley, apple and pear led malt with notes of dried fruit, nut brittle,gingerbread, salty toffee and spicy cereal with herbal honey.

Finish

Aromatic wood smoke, ginger, oily nut shells, dried fruit and waxy mixed peel, smoke, leather and finishing dry but long, meaty and peppery.
