Palate

Silky, full-bodied palate of maritime peat and smoky brine, intertwined with rich sherry sweetness—prune, fig and dark chocolate—brightened by orange zest and a hint of leather. An oily, luxurious mouthfeel coats the tongue, delivering a long, warming finish of smoke, dried fruit and polished oak.

Finish

An expansive, smoky finish where peat and maritime brine linger, gradually revealing sherry-soaked fruit, dark chocolate and toasted oak. The warmth remains long and hushed, with a delicate peppery spice and a mineral, saline edge that slowly fades to velvet.
