Nose

Towering coastal peat and sea-salt notes rise from a mineral, briny core. Iodine and burnt-sugar smoke mingle with waxy barley, honeyed malt and a touch of old oak spice. Underneath, dried fruit hints emerge, adding depth to a long, refined finish.

Palate

On the palate, coastal peat and smoke ride a wave of sea-salt sweetness. Sherry-cask maturity brings dried fig, prune and dark chocolate, braided with espresso and warm spice. The texture is velvety yet muscular, the 55.7% ABV delivering a long, warming finish of iodine, leather and a touch of balsamic sweetness.

Finish

Long, maritime finish of peated smoke and sea-salt, evolving into dark dried fruit and cocoa. Spiced oak adds warmth, with a touch of leather and mineral coastal resin that lingers, tapering to a refined, smoky echo.
