Rich golden amber with sunlit honey hues and a warm copper glow.
Nose
Peat smoke and coastal fire swirl with wet seaweed, tarry pitch and damp sailcloth, creating a maritime, smoky core. On the breeze, bog myrtle, mountain thyme, heather and pine resin emerge, lending resinous, herbal brightness to the nose.
Palate
Charred oak and chicory mingle with dark chocolate, roasted root vegetables, ginger and salt, delivering a bold, eye-watering intensity on the palate.
Finish
Long, maritime peat lingers as a mouth-coating blaze of smoke and salt, softening into charred oak and chicory. Ginger heat threads through, leaving a resinous pine and bog myrtle whisper as sea spray fades to a dry, enduring finish.
