Nose

Explosive peat smoke rides a maritime breeze—iodine, salt spray and ash—over a rich sherry-soaked core of raisin, fig and dark chocolate. Vanilla and toasted almond lift with citrus zest and a touch of spice from the oak. A mineral, coastal brightness threads through, giving a poised, lingering invitation to the palate.

Palate

An immense, oily palate of molten peat and sea salt, lacquered with medicinal iodine and smoke. Fresh lemon zest, grapefruit rind and pink pepper dance with ash and charcoal, while underlying vanilla and toffee provide warmth. A rich mid-palate gives way to a long, drying finish of peat, mineral salt and faint oak spice.

Finish

Long, smoky finish that carries sea-salt and iodine on a wall of peat. Dried fruit and cocoa emerge beneath, rounded by a subtle sherry-soft sweetness. The warmth lingers, leaving a maritime, pepper-kissed echo.
