Colour

Nose

Towering peat smoke and coastal iodine rise from the glass, mingled with sea spray. Rich sherry-drenched fruit—dark plum, fig and cocoa—brightened by orange zest. Underneath, leather, tobacco and wax add polish, with cedar and a touch of spice lending elegance. Dense, maritime and heady, the aroma hints at age and depth, a powerful yet refined invitation to taste.

Palate

On the palate, dense peat and maritime brine fuse with dark fruit, cocoa and sherry sweetness. Rich treacle, brown sugar and leather layer over espresso and toffee, all wrapped in a velvety, full-bodied texture. The 60.9% ABV fans the flame, delivering a bold, lingering finish of iodine, ash and warm spice.

Finish

Long, monumental finish where fierce peat and coastal salt ride a wave of rich sherry. Dark chocolate, dried fig and warming spice linger as the smoke gradually softens to a velvet resin, leaving a saline ember with a bright citrus zest on the tail.
