Colour

Deep amber with a warm copper glow and mahogany edges, a rich sherried chestnut hue that flashes ruby in bright light.

Nose

Opulent sherry drives the nose, with dark fruits, figs, dates and raisins framing orange zest and a hint of cocoa. Vanilla and toffee sweetness mingle with warm spice and a whisper of maritime smoke, all wrapped in rich oak.

Palate

Opulent and full-bodied, the palate unfolds into rich sherry fruit—fig, raisin and candied orange—driven by dark toffee and cocoa. At cask strength the texture is creamy and viscous, with warming spice—cinnamon, clove, nutmeg—and a whisper of Highland Park peat. The finish is long and coastal, with resinous oak, cocoa and a subtle sea-salt kiss lingering.

Finish

Long, luxuriously sherried, with rich dried-fruit sweetness—raisin, fig and cocoa—that lingers on the palate. A whisper of Highland Park smoke threads through the spice of orange zest and toasted oak, finishing in a warm, velvety glow that slowly fades to sweet, lingering richness.
