Tasting Notes
Colour
Rich golden-amber with coppery undertones and a warm mahogany glow.
Nose
Peat smoke and sea air mingle with honeyed heather and citrus zest. Sherry notes add depth with dried fig, raisin and treacle, softened by vanilla and warm oak. A delicate almond and nutmeg glow emerges, while a refined, smoky thread lingers.
Palate
Silky, medium-bodied palate with a gentle peat kiss, balanced by honeyed sweetness and orchard fruit. Sherry influence delivers dried fig and raisin, wrapped in vanilla and toffee with almond nuance. A coastal breeze threads through oak spice and a whisper of smoke, finishing long, refined, and subtly maritime.
Finish
Long, refined finish with a warm honeyed sweetness woven with subtle peat and sherry-spice. Dried fruit and citrus peel unfold into the oak as a gentle maritime smoke lingers, leaving a soft almond-nutty aftertaste that persists with grace.
