Loki is a mischievous trickster and causes problems for other Norse Gods on Asgard, Odin and Thor. Like its namesake, this whisky is unpredictable and impulsive, echoing the formidable weather of the Orkney Islands.
A shape shifting HP offering that flirts with an extra smoke (Some heavily peated casks were used for Loki) influence but never far away from just being another enjoyable release from the most northern of all Scottish distilleries.

Colour
Golden amber with coppery highlights and a warm, honeyed glow.
Nose
Salty banana bread, sultana and raisin breakfast bars dropped into a bonfire, buttery gingernut biscuits, smoked toffee.
Palate
Spicy tropical fruit leads the palate, with a buttery sultana loaf layered under smoked marmalade, and lingering hints of ginger and waxy notes.
Finish
White chocolate lingers with smoked banana toffee, woven with aromatic spices and a final echo of charred pineapple.
