Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep copper-amber with velvety mahogany depth and a warm, sunset-tinged glow.
Nose
Peat smoke and sea spray cradle a rich sherry core, with dark fig and raisin, cocoa and toasted oak. Iodine and mineral notes lend a maritime brightness, while leather and spice add ballast—compact, luxurious, and enduring on the nose.
Palate
Silky yet powerfully peated, this coats the palate with maritime smoke and iodine, anchored by a lush fruit core. Dried fig and raisin mingle with dark chocolate, toasted oak and vanilla, while black pepper adds a subtle bite. The finish stretches long and smoky, with a saline coastal kiss that lingers.
Finish
Long, maritime finish of peat smoke and brine, threaded with dark fruit and cocoa. Salted caramel, fig and spice—cinnamon and clove—fade into rich oak, leaving a warm, lingering echo that ends in a refined, nutty espresso fade.
