Colour

Deep amber with sunlit copper-gold highlights and a bronzed, honeyed glow.

Nose

Powder-keg peat, roaring smoke, medicinal iodine and tar by the sea. Sea spray and salt cling to the air, while lemon zest and vanilla-caramel sweetness brighten the edges. Subtle ash and toasted oak lend ballast.

Palate

Powerful and velvety, the palate unfolds as peat smoke, medicinal iodine and sea salt. An oily mouthfeel clings to the tongue as dark chocolate, fig and raisin meet orange zest, wood spice and sherry-cask warmth. At 59.5% ABV, it finishes long with peppery, ash-laden smoke that lingers.

Finish

An enduring, smoke-drenched finish that clings to the palate with coastal peat, mineral salt and ember. It slowly fades to a velvety sweetness, leaving a warm echo of char and dark chocolate, punctuated by a whisper of sea air. Bold, complex and irresistibly lingering.
