A robust, sherried sweetness threads through fig, dark plum, and cocoa, while iodine and sea-salt punctuate the edges. Rich, oily mid-palate opens to coffee roast, leather, and spice, finishing long with briny ash, charcoal smoke, and a warming, peppery kiss.

An enduring, ember-soft finish of peat smoke and sea salt, with a whisper of sherry sweetness. The tar and iodine settle into dark chocolate and dried fruit, while charred oak lends a warming, coastal finish that lingers long on the palate.
