Tasting Notes

Colour

Golden amber with a sunlit, honeyed glow.

Nose

Bright citrus zest and crisp green apple rise from the glass, perfuming the air with orchard sweetness. Beneath, honeyed malt, vanilla, and a whisper of toasty oak mingle with almond and spice, finishing in a clean, lightly creamy note.

Palate

Silky, light-to-medium in body, with orchard fruit and honey on entry; sherry-softened notes of dried apricot and raisin mingle with orange zest, vanilla and almond, a gentle spice, and a warm, oak-tinted finish of toffee.

Finish

Long and refined, the finish coats the palate with honeyed malt and orchard fruit, unfolding into a velvety sherry depth—fig, raisin, and cocoa—balanced by gentle spice. Oak and citrus linger, fading to a warm, elegant glow that invites another sip.
