Nose

Peat smoke and sea air rise from the glass in a maritime, iodine-kissed nose. Bright citrus zest—lemon and grapefruit—lifts the aroma, while vanilla-soaked barley sweetness and creamy malt weave through the smoke. A touch of toasted almond and oak add depth, finishing with a crisp, coastal mineral glow.

Palate

Intense, peppery peat dominates the palate, lively and viscous from the high ABV. Salty sea-air and ash mingle with ripe sherry sweetness, gifting notes of burnt sugar, dark chocolate, and toasted almond. Vanilla wax, citrus zest, and a subtle peat smoke thread weave through a warming, full-bodied mouthfeel, finishing with briny iodine, char, and drying spice that lingers.

Finish

Long, luxurious finish where peat and sea-salt ride a warming wave of dark chocolate, fig and dried cherry. Sherry-cask sweetness lingers, coating the palate with silky resin and spice, then slowly fades to a gentle ember of smoke, tobacco and coastal brine.
