Colour
Deep amber with coppery, sherry-kissed mahogany hues.
Nose
Peat smoke and maritime brine rise from the glass, tempered by rich sherry sweetness. Figs and raisins mingle with dark chocolate and toffee, while roasted almond adds warmth. A citrus lift and mineral saline backbone keep it bright and distinctly Kilchoman.
Palate
Full-bodied and oil-rich, this Feis Ile release opens with peat smoke and coastal notes, then sherry-soaked dark fruits and fig rise, delivering rich toffee sweetness. Cocoa, orange zest, and vanilla weave through toasted oak, while peppery spice and roasted almond lift the palate. Long, warming finish, with smoky, drying echoes and a coastal brightness.
Finish
Long, maritime peat lingers with a warm, sherried glow. Oak spice threads through the smoke as the finish slowly fades to a dry, satisfying complexity.
