Sinteis’ (pronounced sin-teesh) meaning ‘synthesis’ in Scottish Gaelic, embodies our cask creativity of GlenAllachie as they merge two bold yet complementary wood types to concoct unparalleled expressions.
Uniting rich single malt matured in first-fill Pedro Ximénez Sherry puncheons and Chinquapin, a native American oak from the Ozarks in Missouri, has created a medley of dark fruit, baking spices and chocolate tones.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Rich amber-gold with mahogany undertones and copper highlights.
Nose
Liquorice and butterscotch mingle with grilled honeycomb, while candied orchard fruits, cocoa, and treacle tart perfume the nose.
Palate
Ginger, butterscotch and candied lemon slices, followed by fig jam, blackberries, and molasses, with cinnamon spice and rich cocoa on the finish.
Finish
Long and warm, the finish is cinnamon-spiced and cocoa-draped, with a lingering drift of molasses and dark fruit. The spice lingers gracefully, leaving a refined sweetness and a final cocoa echo.
