Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold highlights and a warm honey glow, rich and inviting in the glass.
Nose
Toffee sauce and cinnamon spice open the nose, lifted by fresh vanilla pods. Cocoa, honeycomb and dark cherries deepen the aroma, a decadent, fruit-kissed veil over lush oak.
Palate
Bursts of marzipan and sultanas mingle with rich dark chocolate, unfolding into wild honey, maraschino cherries and a luxuriously creamy buttercream.
Finish
Long, luxurious finish that lingers with marzipan sweetness, dark chocolate and cherry. Honeyed vanilla threads through, while a buttercream richness coats the palate. Subtle spice and a whisper of oak carry the sweetness into a lingering memory of toffee and sultanas.
