This opulent Scotch whisky was patiently perfected in the finest oak casks for 18 long years. Silently slumbering in GlenAllachie's on-site warehouses, the spirit underwent continual monitoring until Billy deemed it had reached its pinnacle.

With enticing aromas of honey and mocha, followed by marzipan and dark cherry tones on the palate, it’s a single malt oozing elegant refinement.

(glen-AL-a-key) Built in 1967 near Aberlour, it spent much of its life producing whisky for blends rather than building a big name as a single malt in its own right. That changed in 2017, when Billy Walker, Trisha Savage and Graham Stevenson bought the distillery and began reshaping it around a more flavour-led, hands-on vision.
