Part of the UK Master Blenders Selection 2026, this 14-year-old GlenAllachie was distilled on 19 December 2011 and matured in a Pedro Ximénez sherry puncheon. Cask #8287 yielded 504 bottles and was bottled at 53.8% ABV, retaining its natural colour and presented without chill filtration.
The PX puncheon brings a distinctly rich and dessert-led character, with layers of raisins, dates and sticky toffee joined by dark chocolate, treacle and warming spice. The naturally weighty GlenAllachie spirit provides the structure beneath the sweeter sherry influence, creating a rounded and indulgent single-cask release.

Heather honey, toasted almonds, and molasses, followed by brandies plums, dark cocoa and baked orange, with poached orchard fruits, fig jam, and baking spices.

Candied ginger, crème de cassis and manuka honey, with maraschino cherries and muscovado sugar.
