From Glenallachie's Wine Series, this 12 year old single malt has been matured in ex-Bourbon barrels and then further matured for almost two years in Sauternes wine barriques that were specially selected by master distiller Billy Walker. Only 7,680 bottles of this unchilfiltered expression have been released.

(glen-AL-a-key) Built in 1967 near Aberlour, it spent much of its life producing whisky for blends rather than building a big name as a single malt in its own right. That changed in 2017, when Billy Walker, Trisha Savage and Graham Stevenson bought the distillery and began reshaping it around a more flavour-led, hands-on vision.
