The 2025 Release is matured in a combination of five American virgin oak casks and four Oloroso hogsheads, resulting in a complex, layered expression with a formidable peat punch, clocking in at a robust 72 PPM.

On the palate, a fearless surge of peat sustains a full-bodied, layered profile. Dark fruit, fig and cocoa mingle with Oloroso sweetness, while virgin American oak lends creamy vanilla and spice. Maritime smoke underscores the palate, finishing long and warm with char, pepper, and a subtle, lingering sweetness.
