From the 2020 3rd batch of Glenallachie's SIngle Cask series comes this wine cask Single Malt. Rioja, the region synonymous with Spain and Wine, produces wines mostly containing the Tempranillo grape aged in cask for many years. These Barrels are sourced from some of the regions top producers and deliver wonderful notes of summer berries combined with a depth of body leading to a long finish (much as you would expect form the wines).

Tasting Notes
Colour
Radiant amber-gold with coppery sheen and a whisper of ruby along the rim.
Nose
Waves of red berries, grape must, almonds and orange zest.
Palate
Rich heather honey, sultanas and apricots, with barley sugar, orange zest, grapefruit and a hint of aniseed.
Finish
Long, wine-kissed finish with red berries and bright citrus lingering. Orange zest and grapefruit oils persist, wrapped in honeyed sultanas and apricot, with subtle almond and barley sugar fading into a refined, warm fade that mirrors Rioja’s depth.
