A Single Cask GlenAllachie distilled on the 27 March 2006 and bottled in October 2019 from an ex-Bourbon Barrel which produced 234 bottles. Originally a distillery exclusive but fortunately a limited number have been released to select specialist whisky retailers. This is a big, fruity Single malt with plenty of distillery character.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Bright golden honey with warm amber depth and a sun-kissed glow.
Nose
Lashings of honey, pineapple and grapefruit mingle on the nose, with hints of mint and cinnamon.
Palate
Bold, luscious palate layered with honey, apricots and damsons, hints of candy and mocha, and a refreshing mint lift.
Finish
Long, honey-soaked finish that lingers with apricot and damson fruit, a touch of candy and mint, and a warm veil of vanilla, cinnamon and oak fading into mellow spice.
