This is the eighth batch of single casks specially selected for the UK, each demonstrating the unique interaction of the wood, spirit and subsequent flavour extension. Renowned for his experimental spirit, Billy has enjoyed working with virgin oak cask sourced from each corner of the world. This particular Cinquapin barrel was crafted from oak grown in the Northern Ozark region of Missouri in America. Delivering delicate hints of cinnamon and notes of aniseed alongside runny Scottich heather honey and sweet stine fruits, this extremely limited, glorious single malt is one to be savoured.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Rich golden amber with warm copper-honey hues and a sunlit, glassy glow.
Nose
Bursting with toasted oats, liquorice and heather honey, with hints of cardamom, black truffle and ginger snaps.
Palate
Lashings of spiced heather honey, aniseed and strawberry jam, followed by notes of walnut and pecan with ginger and cinnamon on the finish.
Finish
Walnut and pecan notes carry into a ginger- and cinnamon-laced finish, a warm, spiced drift with lingering honeyed sweetness.
