Colour

Nose

Opulent nose of dark dried fruit—prune, fig and raisin—imbued with rich Oloroso sherry, orange zest and espresso. Walnut oil and almond paste mingle with toasted oak, while cinnamon, clove and leather add spice and depth to a warm, luxurious sherry sweetness.

Palate

Sumptuously rich and velvety, it coats the palate with thick toffee, burnt orange zest, fig and raisin from the Oloroso cask, with roasted almond. Dark chocolate, cocoa nibs and baking spices mingle with warm oak and vanilla, yielding a nutty, lingering finish laced with cinnamon warmth.
