Premier Cru Classé is a French wine classification relating to the most well-respected vineyards and highly-coveted wines of Bordeaux. Aging our complex GlenAllachie spirit in this red wine cask brings elegant notes of ripe red berries, sugared almonds and sweet cinnamon.

Colour
Garnet-tinted amber with coppery highlights
Nose
A bright, inviting bouquet of apple peel with cinnamon and heather honey, interwoven with rose petals, dark chocolate and a kiss of Turkish delight.
Palate
Silky butterscotch, honeysuckle and mint rise on the palate, giving way to bright bursts of strawberry, ginger and almonds for a sweet-spiced, elegant balance.
Finish
Long, elegant finish of ripe red berries and sugared almonds, with cinnamon spice lingering. A warm, creamy echo of butterscotch and mint fades to a berry-kissed, refined close.
