Nose

Aromas unfold with heather honey and toffee, interlaced with muscovado sugar, dark chocolate and caramel, and the lifted sweetness of dried sultanas.

Palate

Bursting with fruit cake, butterscotch and wild Scottish honey.

Finish

Layers of blackcurrant, almonds and soft oak spice on the finish.

GlenAllachie
(glen-AL-a-key) Built in 1967 near Aberlour, it spent much of its life producing whisky for blends rather than building a big name as a single malt in its own right. That changed in 2017, when Billy Walker, Trisha Savage and Graham Stevenson bought the distillery and began reshaping it around a more flavour-led, hands-on vision.
