This glorious rich mahogany malt has been matured for over nine years in American Oak Barrels. The additional maturation in richly seasoned Pedro Ximénez puncheons adds layers of complexity, resulting in a sweeter, fruitier flavour experience.
Waves of dark chocolate, plantains and sultanas, with pineapple and nutmeg come to the fore on the nose. Flavours of dark chocolate, treacle and heather honey, fused with sultanas, pineapple, orange peel and cinnamon.
