Tasting Notes
Nose
Caramel shortbread and butterscotch rise into a bouquet of dried fruits, especially dates; a rich, balanced sweetness that remains inviting rather than syrupy.
Palate
Lots of cafe latte, more liquid caramel and milky chocolate, a little tobacco, some aged sweet wine notes come forward.
Finish
Spiced chocolate cake with nutmeg and cloves, the off dry spices fade to a pleasant warmth, good length.
