Nose

Rich and decadent on the nose: orchard fruits—apple, pear and peach—softened by butterscotch and caramel. Madeira sweetness threads through warm spice, while a delicate nutty bouquet of almond and walnut adds a toasty, refined lift.

(glen-AL-a-key) Built in 1967 near Aberlour, it spent much of its life producing whisky for blends rather than building a big name as a single malt in its own right.
