A single cask GlenAllachie from The Octave series, this 14 year old was distilled in 2008 and matured in an Oloroso sherry octave cask before bottling at 53.8% ABV. Limited to 85 bottles.

Octave casks, significantly smaller than traditional sherry casks, increase wood interaction and intensify maturation influence. The Oloroso sherry cask brings rich dried fruit, spice and deep oak sweetness to GlenAllachie’s robust Speyside spirit, complementing the distillery’s naturally full-bodied, malt-forward character in a concentrated single cask release.
