Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber-gold with radiant honey tones and a burnished copper sheen.
Nose
An inviting, creamy bouquet of vanilla and butterscotch, brightened by orchard fruits. Glazed cherries, buttered popcorn and a kiss of heather honey linger, hinting at indulgent sweetness.
Palate
Crushed vanilla, butterscotch and cayenne pepper, followed by grilled honeycomb, cinnamon, buttercream and caramel.
Finish
Long, warming finish of vanilla and caramel, punctuated by cayenne and cinnamon. Oak undertones sustain as grilled honeycomb and buttercream drift through, leaving orchard fruit sweetness fading into a soft, honeyed glow.
