Colour

Coastal peat and sea-salt air, tinged with iodine, rise over a rich sherry backbone. Dark fruit—prune, fig, raisin—meets cocoa and resinous oak, while waxy citrus and vanilla caramel knit the aroma together. A hint of cigar smoke lingers as the peat settles into a refined, smoky finish.

Palate

Silky, richly peated, with a coastal sweetness glimmering beneath a plume of smoke. Briny sea spray and iodine meet dark honey, fig and orange zest, while sherry depth lends cocoa and leather. A touch of ginger spices the mid-palate, leading to a long, mouth-coating finish of peat, salt, and maritime memory.
