Tasting Notes
Nose
Gingerbread, walnuts and pistachios. The grains lead into burnt butter, which then turns to a lovely tropical character. There's baking apricots, prunes, glacé cherries and white pepper.
Palate
Silky texture and a lot of yummy juicy fruits. Mandarin, peaches and cranberries all culminate in the glorious childhood memory of fruit winders.
Finish
Prunes and a lot of cocoa further develop into white chocolate, macadamia and glazed pastry.
