Deep amber with copper-gold highlights and a burnished mahogany glow.
Nose
Warm vanilla and creamy toffee rise from the glass, wrapped in coconut and toasted American oak. The aroma carries gentle spice, cinnamon and white pepper, along with citrus zest and dried orchard fruits. Subtle almond nuttiness and a hint of char complete the inviting, oak-aged perfume of this 17-year-old single cask.
Palate
Silky, full-bodied palate with opulent vanilla and creamy toffee layered over toasted coconut. Spices rise softly—cinnamon and clove—alongside cacao and dried fruit. Velvety mouthfeel, balanced by warm American oak and a hint of char, finishing long with orange zest, caramel and a lingering, refined spice.
Finish
A long, refined finish that lingers with vanilla‑caramel sweetness, toasted oak and wisps of spice, fading into citrus zest and a final, graceful echo.
