A bright lift of citrus zest and orchard fruit emerges, weaving through delicate spice—white pepper, ginger, and clove—while subtle cocoa and caramel linger, adding depth to a refined, barrel-driven profile.
Palate
Silky and full-bodied on the palate, with generous vanilla and roasted almond from French oak, folding into dark plum and raisin fruit. Caramel, toffee and cocoa mingle with warm spice—cinnamon and clove—as tannic, well-integrated oak lends structure. Rich yet refined, it glides to a long, creamy finish dotted with subtle smoke and lingering spice.

Long, refined finish carried by French oak, with gentle spice and a warm, lingering sweetness. The 8-year maturation leaves a velvety fade that slowly echoes to a quiet, oak-driven finale.
