Colour
Golden amber with warm copper undertones and a honeyed, luminous glow.
Nose
Wine-kissed aromas unfold with ripe red berries, plum and orchard fruit, braided with vanilla and caramel from the re-charred ex-wine casks. A touch of cinnamon and clove provides lift, while soft oak and a hint of cocoa lend toffee-sweet depth.
Palate
Silky, medium-bodied palate with a creamy texture. Red-fruit sweetness—raspberry, plum, currant—meets subtle vanilla and caramel from re-charred ex-wine casks. Spiced warmth of clove and nutmeg threads the mid-palate, while delicate wine-tannin adds structure. The finish lingers with ripe fruit, gentle spice and a soft oak whisper.
Finish
A long, velvet finish that lingers with red-berry fruit, warming spice, and toasted oak, fading on soft wine-tannins with a final whisper of vanilla.
