The first of three new releases from Sullivans Cove. Double Cask Batch DC103 is made of up of three thirteen-year-old French Oak ex-tawny casks, and four American oak ex-bourbon casks between eleven and thirteen years old.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep golden amber with burnished copper highlights and a honeyed, sunlit glow.
Nose
Toasted malt and bakery grain start the nose, warming into a creamy, sweet fruit tapestry. Prunes, apricots, cherries and confection cream unfold in rich, aromatic layers, while roasted pineapple hints lift the mid-palate, finishing with the comforting scent of freshly baked fruit bread.
Palate
Silky, waxy texture coats the palate, gliding effortlessly. Plum, cherry and strawberry mingle with cream lollies, while a pronounced orange thread adds brightness. Warm, sugary fruit notes linger, supported by a suave, persistent sweetness into the finish.
Finish
An enduring, creamy finish with luscious fruity sweetness. The mouthfeel lingers as the grainy, waxy notes reappear at the end, echoing softly through the finale.
