A new Sullivans Cove Single Cask release! American Oak Single Cask TD0029 was distilled in August of 2005 and decanted in March of this year for a maturation of thirteen years in a single, 200L American Oak ex-bourbon cask.
Bottled at 47.5% ABV, this cask shows impeccable balance between the fresh vibrance of Sullivans Cove's unique spirit and the leathery vanilla bean of an older American Oak cask. With a thick, creamy texture, sunny fruits, bright florist notes, and a grounding grainy character, this whisky screams Sullivans Cove.

Buttery, creamy texture coats the palate with bright lemon and dandelion, complemented by malt, vanilla cake and biscuit. A sturdy tannin backbone binds the fruit notes, balancing sweetness and citrus lift, and gifting a long, poised finish with hints of lemon zest and a touch of chocolate.
