Made using 100 % Australian malted barley and aged in re-coopered, re-toasted and re-sized Australian apera (fortified wine that is not dissimilar to Sherry) barrels, this is a malt whisky that's proud of its 'New World' provenance.

Colour
Rich amber with luminous copper-gold highlights, glowing to warm bronze at the edges.
Nose
Rich, sherry-kissed aromas of dried fig and raisin unfold with orange peel, caramel, and vanilla. Hints of toasted oak, almond and cocoa deepen the sweetness, inviting and warming.
Palate
Velvety malt sweetness leads the palate, buoyed by rich dried fruit and orange zest from the apera cask. Notes of toffee, cocoa and vanilla weave with toasted oak, touched by warm spice and a creamy mouthfeel. A soft sherry-like depth lingers, yielding a warm, persistent finish.
Finish
Long, refined finish that lingers with dried fruits, candied orange and a touch of almond, balanced by toasted oak and subtle spice. Apera barrel influence delivers velvety, Sherry-like warmth that slowly softens into a nutty, cacao-dusted fade.
