Dolce, a single, limited release from Australian distillery Starward, is a marriage of juicy wine and oak characters with a flourish of sweet 'Sicilian' notes with marshmallow and cola. Starting with the signature single malt spirit and matured in Aussie red wine barrels and finished in ex-Sicilian Dessert Wine barrels resulting in just 4800 bottles ever released.
