Nose
Rich oak and toasted vanilla form the core aroma, supported by creamy vanilla, subtle fruit notes of apple and peach, and warming spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg. A coastal whisper of sea spray threads through, adding maritime depth to the wood-forward profile.
Palate
Bold and coastal on the palate, with vanilla from the oak at the fore. Creamy vanilla custard sits atop rich wood, while ripe fruit and spice echo in support. A maritime kiss—sea-salt and mineral notes—lifts the sweetness, and the 55% ABV lends grip and warmth. The finish is long, oak-driven and subtly vanillic, with a refined, lingering sweetness.
