Nose
Sherry-wrapped aroma with rich raisin, prune and fig, layered over vanilla and toasted oak. A hint of peat smoke and gentle spice, with caramel accents and dried-fruit sweetness.

On the palate, this Yoichi delivers a bold, oak-forward sweetness animated by sherry depth. Prune, fig and raisin mingle with vanilla, toasted spice and a subtle cocoa note, while a quiet peat lift keeps the profile focused. The 55% ABV delivers integrated warmth, finishing long with caramel, dried fruit and gentle smoke.
